Use and maintenance of liquid nitrogen tank

Use of liquid nitrogen tanks:

1. This container is only used to hold liquid nitrogen, liquid helium, liquid oxygen, and can not hold other liquids.

2. Check whether the inside of the container is clean and dry before use, whether there are any depressions or other serious bumps on the outside.

3, the principle of nitrogen filling: before nitrogen filling, a small amount of liquid nitrogen should be pre-cooled; when nitrogen is filled, the evaporated nitrogen in the container should be smoothly discharged; do not overfill the filling, do not let the neck tube immerse in liquid nitrogen.

4, liquid nitrogen supplement: for long-term storage, you need to regularly replenish liquid nitrogen. The timing of replenishment should generally be selected when the residual liquid nitrogen is one-third of the total capacity. The cartridge can be removed without replenishment.

5, take the lifting cylinder should be light, stable and rapid; do not bring in impurities; at the same time try to avoid the friction between the lifting cylinder and the neck tube.

6. It is strictly forbidden to place objects on the liquid nitrogen tank lid and seal the neck.

Use of liquid nitrogen:

1. Liquid nitrogen is an ultra-low temperature liquid. The operator must observe the operating essentials, pay attention to labor protection, and prevent frostbite.

2. The place where the nitrogen is filled and the container is stored should be well ventilated to avoid suffocation caused by the evaporation of a large amount of liquid nitrogen.

Maintenance of liquid nitrogen tanks:

1. Do not use hard objects to clean the frost on the neck tube to avoid damage to the neck tube, resulting in a decrease in container performance.

2. When the container is used for a long time, it must remove the accumulated moisture and other impurities. When cleaning, first remove the lifting cylinder and liquid nitrogen, naturally heat up to 0 ° C or more, then clean the inside with a neutral detergent, then rinse with clean water, and finally dry naturally.
